• If you are under 18, you should use the app with parent or guardian permission

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure

• Only one account per person is allowed

• Your expense data stays on your device and belongs to you

• Only basic account details (name, email, photo, token balance) are stored in cloud database

• You can export or import your data at any time

• Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days

• All your data is permanently removed upon account deletion

• Spend Sync uses token credits for AI-powered features

• Free credits can be earned by watching rewarded ads

• Credits and premium features can be purchased through Google Play billing

• All purchases are final and non-refundable

• Credits do not expire but are lost if account is deleted

Spend Sync integrates with these external services:

• Google/Apple for login and authentication

• Firebase for account storage

• AdMob for advertisements

• OpenAI / Google Gemini for AI expense processing

When you use these services, their own terms and privacy policies also apply to your usage.

• The AI expense tracker analyzes your expenses using external AI providers

• AI outputs are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate

• You are responsible for double-checking financial insights before making decisions

• AI processing requires token credits which can be earned or purchased

• You may delete your account at any time from app settings or by contacting support

• Once deleted, token credits and premium access are lost and non-refundable

• Account data is permanently removed within 30 days

• Local expense data on your device remains until you manually delete the app

• Spend Sync helps track expenses but does not provide financial or legal advice

• The app is not responsible for financial losses from relying on AI insights or app data

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties

• Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app (if any)

• The app may be updated with new features or bug fixes

• These Terms may be updated from time to time

• Continuing to use the app means you accept updated Terms

• Major changes will be communicated through the app or email
